Setup and Access

To access the MettPay Merchant Portal, each merchant is provided with a secure login. The portal is accessible from any browser using the official MettPay URL shared during onboarding.

1. Login Access

Merchants receive their login credentials via email upon activation. Use your registered email address and password to access the dashboard.

  • Go to application.mettpay.ae
  • Enter your login credentials
  • Click Sign In to access your account

2. Dashboard Overview

After login, you will be redirected to the Dashboard which provides a quick overview of total transactions, total amount processed, and settlement summaries.
